Delete your Thủ thỉ account

Applies to the Thủ thỉ app on the web, Android and iOS.

How to delete

Open the Thủ thỉ app, or go to the Thủ thỉ website and sign in with the account you want to delete.
Go to Settings and scroll down to Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

You don't need to install the app: the website can do this in any browser.

Can't sign in? Email nguyen.minh.mz98@gmail.com from the email address of the account. Thủ thỉ will delete it for you and reply once it's done.

Data deleted immediately

The account: email, display name, Google or Apple account ID.
All sign-in sessions on every device.
Story reports you sent.
Story-time reminders.
Data stored on the device you're using.

If you are the last person in the family, the following data is also deleted immediately:

The family profile and your child's information.
Stories saved in the account.
Saved voice recordings and AI voice audio.
AI voices that sound like the parents, also deleted at Google (Gemini API) or ElevenLabs.
Remaining Stars and Star usage history.

If other people remain in the family, the shared stories and voice recordings are kept for them. The shared data is deleted only when that person deletes their own account.

Data that is kept

Feedback you sent: kept to improve the app, but unlinked from the account.
Anonymous usage statistics: not tied to any account, deleted automatically after 90 days.

Only want to delete an AI voice

You don't need to delete the account. Go to Settings and delete the AI voice. The voice at Google (Gemini API) or ElevenLabs is deleted with it.
